Bagus, Scrambler and Harlem V3 models have variable maximum continuous power modes of Class 1 - 200 watts, Class 2 - 250 watts, Class 3 - 500 watts with a max load of 180 kgs. DNA V3 model is built in line with EN15194:2017. In the opinion of Fatboy Bikes this is inline with National EPAC legislation.
