The guys at momentum were super helpful without being overly pushy salesy. The bike itself it so great, you wont regret it
Since the purchase it's been great for our girls to get from A to B. They said it's great to have the ease of the step through setup as it works when they are getting on and off. I sometimes use it and its very comfortable to ride and carry things in the basket as required.
All my dealings with Momentum Moto have been excellent - from purchase, to parts / accessories requirements and E-bike service - all conducted efficiently and cheerfully. I've have been riding both in the day in the rain and wind and at night footpath,road, dirt road,track and bush trail
The bikes suspension is set up for my large from and handles the off road stuff with no problems
The peddle assist the bike seems to run at about 1% per 1km did 55km and was down to 45% charge left with a mix of road,footpath and trail HAPPY VERY 😊
Ty was so helpful and explained every model to help me best choose. Even down to location I will ride it to make sure I had the right power/bike combination.
We purchased two fat boy scrambler e-bikes. We are thoroughly and completely satisfied with every aspect of this purchase. We get over 100 kilometers from a single charge of the 25 amp hour battery. We highly recommend purchasing through momentum Moto. Will be posting a YouTube review soon.
